Position Summary:

As an online business analyst, the person will be responsible for multiple business categories to do content moderation. The candidate will be working on online business listings for various clients.

Your Responsibilities:

● Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information through chat & email.
● Understand and address customer concerns, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
● Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions.
● Document all customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex or technical issues for resolution.
● Keep up to date with company policies, procedures, and product updates to provide accurate information to customers.
● Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction ratings, etc.

Qualifications:

● Postgraduate/graduate in any field.
● Ready to work in Night shifts only.
● Fresher / Experience (0 – 5 Years).
● Good analytical and investigative skills to verify a given set of information.
● Must have good written communication skills.
