Before forming Atidiv in 2009, Iain was a venture capitalist with Technology Crossover Ventures in Palo Alto, California for six years. At TCV he undertook investments spanning consumer internet, business process outsourcing and software. Prior to that, he was a management consultant with Bain & Company. Iain serves on the boards of several technology, consumer & media companies as the Chairman & Managing Partner at Guild Capital, an early stage VC firm he founded in 2009.
Sailesh joined the Atidiv leadership team in 2014 after a stint as a management consultant at Bain & Company in Mumbai, where he worked across heavy industries, private equity and IT. After completing a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Applied Statistics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, he believed that Mathematics was the answer to life, the universe and everything- a philosophy now embedded at Atidiv. His free time is spent playing the guitar, reading, watching anime and planning one-liners for the Atidiv team
Akshat joined the Atidiv executive team in 2015, after spending three years as an investment banker at Credit Suisse in Mumbai, focusing on risk coverage of alternative investments. He completed a B.Tech and M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 2012. His passion lies in activities that are both exciting and challenging. At Atidiv, he focuses on transforming opportunities & ideas & to stand-alone PnLs and businesses. Akshat is a wannabe health freak, loves traveling and enjoys watching The Viral Fever in his free time.
Business consulting team
Aviral joined Atidiv in 2016 after an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a B. Tech in Engineering Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He is excited by building teams, products and talking abstract, which he channels through the data sciences, operations and product development teams at Atidiv. His free time is spent writing on Quora (do check it out, it will blow your mind), hoping Manchester United wins a title, reminiscing about building with LEGO and avoiding certain one liners at Atidiv.
Suparna joined Atidiv in 2016 after two years in management consulting with Bain & Company in Mumbai. At Bain, he worked on engagements spanning private equity, infrastructure, and customer loyalty while getting educated in Bain’s unique way of doing things. He majored in Chemical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay while earning a minor at the Design school. He likes to read, play the guitar, and browse the front page of the internet. He thinks R+L=J is a credible theory and urges George RR Martin to write faster.
Pradeep joined Atidiv in 2016 after a stint at Limo, an Uber for buses startup in Mumbai, where he setup their marketing, sales, operations and strategy divisions. He spent three years at Deutsche Bank, in their equity financing and collateral team. He has an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, where he was a Gold Medalist. He did his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. In his free time, he likes to jam with his band, travel, and play table tennis.
Ankita joined the Atidiv team in 2015 after a stint as a management consultant at KPMG in Gurgaon, where she worked across renewable energy, infrastructure and IT projects. She completed her B.Tech and M.Tech in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Post her consulting experience at KPMG, she decided to leverage her skills in creating strategic solutions to address critical business problems. In her free time, she likes to experiment in the kitchen, read, and watch sitcoms.
Aditya has previously worked with Optiver as a trader and Deutsche Bank as a Senior Analyst. He has done an internship with Citibank. He also worked on his own venture for 6 months before joining Atidiv. Aditya has a B.S. from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from IIM Calcutta, and so product and business building are naturally preferred domains. Aditya likes to spend his free time listening to rock music is also a part time air guitarist for a fictional band, since he couldn’t make it in real life.
Srishti joined Atidiv in 2016 after one and a half years at Deutsche Bank, Mumbai, where she worked at the structured credit trading desk catering to Emerging Markets. She holds a B.Tech and M.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, along with a Chartered Financial Analyst Level 2 certification. She was always excited by the application of technology to real world problems, which drove her towards her current role at Atidiv. In her free time, she loves to paint, read and watch sitcoms.
Data science leadership
Rahul has a wide variety of experience across domains and sectors. He founded the company CodeFRA (Code for research applications) and co-founded a marketplace model tech startup called Syzygy. He has worked with Lehman Brothers and Nomura. He has done his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and his Bachelors from IIT Madras. His free time is a spent doing math and writing code, and he has developed the fastest algorithm for solving sudoku on python using bit operations.
Parveen joined the Atidiv leadership team in 2016 after a stint as a Sr. Technical Consultant at TruGlobal Software India. He has worked with multiple IT industry giants like Fujitsu, Accenture, Tata Consultancy services, Panasonic, VIAVI etc. After completing Master’s in Computer Application from Pune University, he has focused on technologies in and around the Oracle Umbrella. His hobbies include water sports, and thinking of new ideas for building applications.
Outsourced operations leadership
Nazia joined the Atidiv leadership team in 2014. She brings a wide range of experience from multiple organizations including e-Zest Solutions, ITCube Solutions, Total Attorneys and LOFT. She has understanding of diverse domains spanning multi-channel customer engagement, insurance services, data mining, content moderation & financial services. Her hobbies include gardening, travelling to new places, and reading books.
Amit joined the Atidiv Team in 2015. Prior to Atidiv, Amit worked as Legal Head at Times Group & Mediterranean Shipping Company, where he worked on contract drafting and vetting (domestic and international), litigation management, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate advisory. Law empowers and authorizes people to “argue” and ask questions and that’s what he is doing at Atidiv – asking questions and fixing what’s wrong. Cricket, books, and music take up all his free time.
Shruti joined Atidiv in 2016 after various stints in companies like Tata Motors, HDFC Standard Life, Videocon etc. She graduated in Computer Science and did her MBA in Human Resource. She completed her Post Graduation Certification in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur. She believes in building connections with everyone around her which drove her to pursue a career in HR. She enjoys being close to nature, loves travelling, and trying different cuisines. She is vocal in her thoughts and loves public speaking to share her unique opinions.
Before joining Atidiv in 2017, Tarun was a management consultant to social enterprises through the Marico Innovation Foundation. A commerce graduate from Mumbai University, Tarun has spent 5 years working in the fields of impact investing, corporate finance and business strategy. He believes data-driven businesses can change the world and puts this theory into practice at Atidiv. In his free time, Tarun is found behind a drum kit or drowned in a book.
Prior to joining Atidiv in 2016, Sachin was a part of the Prime Services team at Credit Suisse, dealing primarily in the Asian markets. A commerce graduate from Mumbai University, with a keen interest in economics, Sachin believes taking controlled risks is a key factor in surpassing competition, something that is a core part of the Atidiv DNA. In his free time, he can be found behind a bar (not what you’re thinking, that’s his family trade) or lost in a book.
Vijay V Dahe
Vijay joined in Atidiv leadership team in 2016. He is a computer engineer & certified in ITIL V3, ISO 27001, and network management. Before joining Atidiv, he was part of the early team at QuickHeal, India’s largest homegrown anti-virus provider, from inception to its IPO. With 10 years of experience managing IT functions in various domains like IT, BFSI, FMCG, he brings expertise in infrastructure operations, data centers, service delivery, information security & governance.
