Iain Shovlin

Founder & Chairman (Guild Capital, U.S.)

Iain founded Atidiv in 2009 to deliver data science, product development, and offshoring solutions for internet and tech businesses. He also serves as Chairman of Guild Capital. Previously, he was a venture capitalist at Technology Crossover Ventures, investing across consumer internet, BPO, and software, and a management consultant at Bain & Company. Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Iain holds an M.A. in International Business from the University of Edinburgh.

Maximilian Straub

Board Member

Max oversees Atidiv's global leadership and serves as COO of Guild Capital, a consumer-focused venture firm investing in early-stage companies across the U.S., U.K., and India. Previously, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and held leadership roles in early-stage startups. Max earned his M.B.A. from The Wharton School, graduating as a Palmer Scholar, and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Ben Falloon

Ben leads Atidiv's growth in the U.S. and is Chief of Staff at Guild Capital, a consumer-focused venture firm investing in early-stage companies across the U.S., U.K., and India. Previously, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company and a fellow at the McKinsey Global Institute. Ben holds a First Class Degree in Economics (Hons) and Mathematics from the University of Melbourne (Australia)

As President, Ashish drives Atidiv's vision and strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and business success. Prior to this, he led the India business of a technology company and worked as Associate Partner in McKinsey and Company. Ashish completed his MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee

Ayushi leads the Customer Experience and Finance & Accounting business verticals at Atidiv. Previously, Ayushi was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and an Associate Consultant with ZS Associates. Ayushi holds an M.B.A from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University (India)

Samiksha Shrawgi

VP, Digital Marketing

Samiksha leads Digital Marketing and Data Engineering business verticals at Atidiv. Previously she was a General Manager at Swiggy, a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, and an Analyst at the IFC, World Bank Group Samiksha holds an M.B.A from the Indian School of Business (India) and a B.Tech. in Manufacturing Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (India).

Kushal M B

Head of Growth

Kushal leads Sales and Marketing at Atidiv. Previously, he was a management consultant with Bain & Company and held leadership roles in Edtech startups. Kushal holds an M.B.A. from IIM Bangalore and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras.
